Discovery

Initial Consultation: We start by getting to know you and your vision for your dream home. During this consultation, we discuss your requirements, preferences, budget, and any specific needs you have.
Design Briefing: Based on the information gathered, our team collaborates with you to develop a comprehensive design brief that outlines the scope of the project, including architectural style, layout preferences, and any special features you envision.
Concept Development: Using the design brief as a guide, our experienced architects and designers (or yours!) create initial concept sketches and plans for your review and feedback. We iterate on these designs until they perfectly align with your vision and expectations.

The Paperwork

Permits and Approvals, liaison with Council: With the design finalized and the feasibility confirmed, we handle all necessary permitting and approvals on your behalf. This includes obtaining building permits, environmental clearances, and any other regulatory approvals required for the project.
Contract and Documentation: We prepare a detailed contract outlining the scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other terms and conditions. Once the contract is reviewed and signed by both parties, we proceed to finalize all documentation required for the project.

Site visit

On-Site Evaluation: Once the initial designs are approved, we conduct a thorough site visit to assess the land and its surroundings. This evaluation helps us understand any potential challenges or opportunities presented by the site and ensures that the design will complement the natural landscape.
Feasibility Study: During the site visit, we also conduct a feasibility study to determine the practicality of the proposed design in relation to local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental considerations. This step ensures that the project can proceed smoothly and complies with all necessary requirements.

Project launch

Pre-Construction Meeting: Before breaking ground, we'll get together for a pre-construction meeting, reviewing the project timeline, milestones, and expectations. This meeting is a great time to address any questions or concerns you may have before construction begins.
Let's Break Ground: With all necessary approvals and paperwork in place, we officially launch the project and commence construction. Throughout the construction process, we maintain open communication with you, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Handover: Upon completion, we schedule a final walkthrough with you, listing any remaining items needing touch up. Once complete, we formally hand over the keys to your brand-new home!
